Shipping & Returns

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to
request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn
or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of
purchase. 


To start a return, you can contact us at newbeingqueenmove@gmail.com. If your return is
accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to
send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or
plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods
(such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable
liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the
return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the
refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original
payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company
to process and post the refund too.

TLC Return Policy

Total Life Changes stands behind all of its product offerings. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any product, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or product exchange.

Returns are subject to the following guidelines

  • Exchanges for the same product will be made for products that may have been damaged in transit.

  • Products ordered for the first time may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping, and handling.

  • For all other orders, returns of all unopened and resalable products** may be returned within (30) days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping, and handling.

  • Products returned more than thirty (30) days from the delivery date are not eligible for a refund.

  • Packages returned due to unsuccessful deliveries (i.e., three (3) delivery attempts, customer moved, customer provided incorrect or incomplete address) may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges to have the product resent.

  • Commissions of any type paid to Life Changers (independent representatives) on products that are ultimately returned to TLC for a refund will be deducted from future commission payments.

  • Returns of more than $1000.00 within one (1) year may result in termination of a Life Changer’s account.

Return Procedure:

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form is necessary for a return to be processed. The RMA form can be found here. Suppose a package is returned without the RMA form. In that case, the information will be documented, and the customer or Life Changer will be required to contact Customer Support at 888-TLC-9970 (888-852-9970). Unauthorized credits will not be issued when a package is returned.

Business Opportunity Return Policy:

A Life Changer who cancels their account within thirty (30) days of enrollment may return unused products in unopened and resalable conditions for a full refund, less shipping, and handling.

**Certain products may contain pre-packaged, individual servings. To be eligible for a refund, the product, in its entirety, must be unopened. For our customer’s convenience, TLC has also created specialty kits containing multiple products. Unopened and resalable components of a kit may be returned for a refund.
